The Print Show Presentations

The Print Show is turning very serious, as befits the times of economic crisis perhaps. Gone are the knockabout presentations from the likes of Frank Bruno, Monty Don and Nick Hewer. In their place is a line up of industry speakers able to impart more useful wisdom than an anecdote about Harry Carpenter.

The presentations take place across the three days running from 11 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon. All are business focused, on growth on sustainability and about new opportunities through diversification into packaging, apparel and online. There will be origin stories from DecTek and Solopress, presentations covering the perception of print regarding the environment and for young people, on mental health issues and sales growth.

Among the most intriguing will be from Webmart executive chairman Simon Biltcliffe about the potential of AI to change the printing industry. Hint: Webmart is already working on it.

The presentations take place in the Knowledge Zone at the back of Hall 17.
