Print management specialist has acquired its partner for printed branded goods, bringing an extra service in-house.
SF Taylor has acquired promotional branding business Branding365. The two Stockport companies have worked together for five years with SF Taylor supplying paper based print that its partner required. Other products have been sourced from a wide range of suppliers, though may now be produced by SF Taylor with the appropriate investment.
The deal is touted as a good move for both businesses: one of the two staff at Branding365 can step away from the business while parter Louise Schofield stays on with SF Taylor. She says: This is an exciting time for Branding365, to see the company continue to develop and further increase our share of the marketplace. I’ve been working in this role since 2018 and I am looking forward to taking Branding365 to the next level, as a division of SF Taylor.”
The opportunity to make the acquisition was too good to miss when it came up, says SF Taylor managing director Simon Young. “There is always space for development and growth in what we do. This is a fantastic opportunity for SF Taylor to offer our customers an even wider array of services, adding to our capabilities to provide more choice and more value. This all contributes to ensuring SF Taylor remains the partner of choice for our customers.”
Branding365’s website promotes a full range of products that can be enhanced through a company name or logo, from diaries, desk calendars and notebooks to reusable drinks cups, coasters, clothing and textiles and kits for well being and relaxation that can be given as corporate gifts.
SF Taylor has always focused on delivering print management solutions with a number of NHS Trusts on the customer roster. This has led it into offering an increasing range of products, promotional items among them. It has also outsourced production of other print items that are beyond the scope of its Koenig & Bauer and Xerox presses. It has developed HubTec, a web to print platform allowing customers to specify and customise printed items through preconfigured templates and then to measure the impact of the collateral produced and to track how it is being used.
