The Drupa of North America returns to Las Vegas this year with an exhibitor list that in some instances Drupa itself could not match. Where Agfa chose not to go to Dusseldorf, it will be on the floor in Last Vegas.
To date the organiser, the Printing United Alliance of trade associations, exhibition companies and information providers, lists 720 companies as exhibiting.
Alongside these, there are keynotes from industry analysts and observers, what it calls After Dark networking (access to selected clubs and parties), Knowledge Centre and advice on aspects of business improvement.
The exhibition is deliberately designed to span the entire print universe from traditional commercial, direct mail, labels and packaging print to display graphics, textiles, apparel, promotional items and industrial printing.
Major exhibitors include Epson, EFI, Kornit and Roland in the south hall and Agfa, Standard Finishing Systems (Horizon), Canon, Screen and Xeikon in the central hall. Heidelberg, Manroland and RMGT will fly the flag for offset litho albeit on information led rather than equipment led booths.
