Kolbus retains its own foundry and with it deep knowledge about the properties of cast iron. The Rahden factory extends over a large area, including development, casting, machining, assembly halls for the separate product lines and for Muller Martini. Assembly of the new RDC115S is not yet fully integrated into the rest of the production system. This will change as volumes ramp up.
