Software developer has brought in new recruits as long term experienced executives depart.
Enfocus is undergoing a major shake up of personnel, introducing new faces to replace newly departed long term employees.
Toon Van Rossum, who had been product manager for Switch since the start of 2016, left Enfocus in September after almost 11 years with the company. He joined Contractify, a company that offers contract cloud software.
The new product manager for Switch is Davy Verstaen. He has joined the Ghent software developer from Dataline Solutions, a Belgian MIS provider, where he was a product manager and software architect. This includes linking the Multipress MIS product using Switch and creating the Google Drive Connect apps, using Switch.
Yves Sanchez has been named head of sales. He joins from Materialise where he was director of channel management. Sanchez has 14 years’ experience of indirect sales, business development and channel management. He also worked at Adobe for seven years and spent four years at Nuance gaining extensive expertise in PDF as well as different software solutions and an understanding of the dynamics of sales through dealers and integrators.
A third appointment is John Dean as product manager for PitStop. He joined Enfocus three years ago as marketing content specialist, having 30 years’ experience in the commercial printing industry and having used PitStop since its early days. He has also worked in newspapers, packaging, commercial print, book production and workflow development.
The departees also include Andrew Bailes-Collins. He was a senior product manager at the business, which he first joined almost 11 years ago from OneVision Software. As senior product manager he has been responsible for product introductions, the most recent being Update 1 to PitStop 2021. This was more than a release that fixes a few bugs or included a new operating system.
In a valedictory message on LinkedIn, Bailes-Collins says: “This is a bit different as it includes native Apple Silicon M1 chip support. That means you can utilise all that lovely new processing power in PitStop Pro and PitStop Server. It should be a major speed bump.”
